Tips & Techniques for Citi Mortgage Property Damages Department

Like all the big banks CitiFinancial or CitiMortgage has it's benefits and drawbacks. The one major drawback is that you will always be speaking to a different person and you are simply a number. The benefit is that their rules are fairly cut and dry--follow them and you shouldn't have any problems.

Always make sure to have your authentication information on hand to speed up your phone calls to their Property Damages Department and always get your Third Party Authorization faxed to them right away. Lastly, make sure to dot your I's and cross your T's as they will gladly reject any document that is not properly completed, missing a date, etc. Along those same lines, make sure that Your Company's signed contract adheres to the guidelines of our article Your Work Contract: What It Must Include otherwise it will be rejected.
