1. Terms of Service
You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase and/or membership implies that you have read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing this web site you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Membership Expiration Date and Automatic Renewals (Recurring Billing)
Your access to Endorsement Checklist is valid for the full duration of the length of the membership plan you have selected. You will be automatically re-billed under the terms of your subscription, either monthly or annually. If you wish to cancel your subscription (recurring billing), please provide us with a 5 business day advanced notice (of your renewal date) to cancel. Your account will remain active until the current term has expired.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members are free to cancel at any time. Simply use the contact form on our contact page or email our support staff directly at email@example.com. Even after a cancellation request, members will be allowed access for the duration of their corresponding membership period. Please provide us with a 5 business day advanced notice (of your renewal date) to cancel. If we do not receive your cancellation request at least five business days ahead of your re-occuring payment date, your next payment will be processed and your subscription will be cancelled the following term.
4. Refund Policy
Because Endorsement Checklist provides non-tangible, irrevocable access to documents and information, we do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, after initial purchase for that membership period. You may cancel at any time as prescribed above in Section 2, but no refunds will be issued for the initially purchased membership period.
5. Third Party Content
In addition to our proprietary content, third party content may appear on the site or be accessible via links from the site. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for any mistakes, misstatements, omissions, opinions, representations, legalities or any other form of content on this site.
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our information or documents, or any information or documentation that is property of independent content providers, modified or unmodified. Our membership is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our information and/or documents.
Endorsement Checklist reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound to the current version of these Terms and Conditions.
